    Hover over your name, and then click the avatar thing. It should bring up a menu to change it.

    Your skin face is automatically your profile picture by default

    Click on Choose File, and find your file. Make sure it's a JPG though, or it may be too big.

    When you're on your profile page, you have to click the picture of your profile pic to change it.
