    It's not what I would call a lame idea, however, I think this might be a little too advantageous to the person using the perk. If you combine this with some of the donor guns, it could become a little to over-powered. But all in all, an interesting idea!

    How much is 5% of the damage? That'd be like 1/20th of damage....really underpowered.

    This would be a related to stopping power by the bullets having more damage.

    There's no point in this perk when most battles don't exceed the range of the majority of guns. Plus, Stopping Power would overshadow the extra damage of Threaten because Stopping Power does 10% more damage in everything.

    Cool concept. I like the range addition, sometimes I cant seem to reach people with my pistols, and it might be a good idea for shoty users.Also a little more damage cant hurt right?
