    Look at the time difference of when Valve says that something is going to get realeased and when it actually gets released. Soon™ is actually from Valve.

    VALVe is a game development company, behind Portal, Half-Life, Left 4 Dead, Day of Defeat and Team Fortress. They are known to be late relasing their games compared to their actual deadline.
