Why is there an "Upload a File" button if we can't use it?

    Question: I was just told by Signatured we can't post gifs, memes, pictures, etc. If that is the case, why is there even an "Upload a File" button? We can't use it.

    And why can't we put the meme in a spoiler? Seems a bit unnecessary if you ask me.

    UPDATE: I was told by Signatured it makes the forums look too childish.

    Like wtf

    90% of your player base is children under 10.

    You can upload files for texture packs, relevant images, or anything else that contributes to discussion.

    We do not allow any meme/gif images on our forums. These clutter the forums and tend to make topics go off-topic quickly. These these kinds of posts should be in the off-topic section of our forums.[/Code]

    Even when I put a fair warning that it's a meme? Imo if this is supposed to be a server that encourages fun, this isn't the way to do it.
