So lately, mostly on WarZ, I see moderators that don't do their jobs. When I say this, I mean they don't answer people's questions, they don't help other people, and I don't know if they warn. I'm not going to add this to the list, because of the ./msg warning rule, so I wouldn't know if they did it or not. This is mainly focused on WarZ, but you can use this for all of the other moderating servers.

Moderating is more important then playing.

When you're a mod, you are expected to place your job in front of your "fights", your "fun", whatever you want to call it. If you are going to apply for the position of moderator here, you need to remember that you are moderator for a reason. To help people.

For example, I see LuckyPop on all the time, but he rarely chats. I see people asking questions all the time, yet he never answers, which I believe has something to do with his YouTube videos, or fights, or whatever it is. I was just talking about this in the chat, and someone said it's because he doesn't want to answer people's questions when he's in the middle of a fight.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. When you're a mod, it doesn't matter if you're in a fight, you need to help the players around you. I mean, you have free ./tpa. You should be able to get the same loot you had before.

This isn't just for WarZ, this is for all servers.

If you are going to apply for moderator on the servers, you have to be prepared to put your job in front of your fun. That's what is expected as a moderator, and if you can't handle it, don't apply.

Same with me. I was on an alt so I was a white name, didn't even flinch but seemed to be able to log out when a team logged in.

McBrawl is bad now. Staff is corrupt af. As long as you chat with the admins on Ts you get mod no matter what.

I can't speak for the rest of the mods, but I feel as if I do my job efficiently and well.

Anywho, if you have a problem with our staff team it'd be better to PM them or an admin rather than creating a public thread where all it is, is just asking for flame against the staff.

Most of the Mods don't do much. specknav shouldn't be Mod in the first place, and he doesn't even Moderate. He's not kind at all, and has been banned on multiple accounts

This isn't trying to start a flame war, this is a reminder that staff needs to place their jobs in front of their fun, as I said in the thread.
And I find it more efficient to place it in a public thread than to PM every single Brawl staff member.

Um, did you even read the thread...?
What does a mod having a life have to do with moderating when they're in game..

I always answer people, unless it's a question that makes no logical sense, and I can't find a WAY to answer.
I've been Barret'd on many occasions because of this :I

All that's really needed to fix the issue is a staff meeting revolving around fixing this.
And then further action could be taken if moderators still fail to do their jobs.
I sometimes see players helping more than moderators on War too, but overall I think the moderators of War are fine.

The one issue is the whole warning system; I would like to know that a player breaking the rules has at least been warned. But I can't know that.

I think there's a lot of cons to the msg warning rule. If a mod is warning a player through /msg, then it won't set an example of the consequences that'll happen to other players that break the rules.

Then why make a public thread "reminding" them? Just PM them.

Then the staff should have the maturity to not start a flame war. If not they should be demoted right?

Well, sadly do I agree, there are some moderators who doesn't answer questions and stuff. They are playing.

However, it is also annoying to get spammed by a person like, 5 times saying that you're not are doing job. We always use /msg when we contact someone about they break the rules.

For example, me and jaydenchadd when on MinecraftParty 1 and 2, and I remember we got spammed hardly for not doing our job. Here is a little example:

    <xXSpammingGuyXx>: fifofkhjhogohi
    <xXSpammingGuyXx>: gjkgkgkgkh
    <xXSpammingGuyXx>: djfjfbcblkwsdgjj
<Me or Jayden>: Msg the player he needs to stop spamming.
<many players>: Mods please ban them!!! You're not doing your jobs!!!!??

I will build-up on this tomorrow.
I 100% agree with you. With this warning system and quality of staff, we won't be getting anywhere. I once directly asked Putty on skype if Mr_O did his job, and he replied with "no". The PM system is ridiculous. Oh, and for the admins who think that it is necessary to prevent "flame war" from warning users VIA PM... no. Mods can warn them too and have /tempban and /kick for a reason. Also, I am pretty sure that several moderators are hardly giving a **** about their jobs and never do anything about rule-breakers.

Keep in mind, Gigga is our only SMod. Admins are dealing with the servers and keeping them up or bring them back up when they go down.
Gigga's job is to deal with reports from report.mcbrawl.com.
If hes on TeamSpeak and you ask him ten questions and he doesn't answer, he is most likely dealing with bans.

May I ask, who did you go to first?
    Go in this order:

    Mod > GMod > SMod > Coder > Admin

And Team Holy is a huge example of this. A crap ton of WarZ mods in one server doesn't exactly leave room to moderate.
