Readd the neutral rating.

    Since the negative rating were removed the neutral rating were removed to. I think they were replaced with confusing but i think they should get re added. It would make alot of since to do this.

    It would not make any sence to have a positive and a neutral rating and Not having a negative rating.
    it will just end up in people wanting to re-add the negative ratings as well.

    I'd want to see it readded because it's like a "meh" rating.
    Maybe I didn't particularly like a map, but it was okay. I could use the neutral rating if I didn't want to make a pointless and unnecessary post.
