M24O vs Minigun

No way bro.

 

The Minigun IS a bit useless to be honest. It just shoots a little bit more faster and doesn't have too much damage. Although it depends on what range, Minigun can be good at long ranges whilst m240s can be good at close ranges.

 

Mini is for the lazy people like me. No need to aim, no need for skill.

 

Both LMGs have a number of different advantages:

• M240 feels better because it has a reduced spread, making it versatile at any range.
• The Minigun has a slightly higher damage value (25 x 2 or 50) compared to the M240 (20 x 2 or 40).
• They both have a firerate of 600 rpm, so neither LMG beats the other in firerate.
• Minigun has a bigger magazine of 124 compared to M240 with a mag of 80.

 

I prefer the m240 because it can hit more bullets on target at range when compared to the minigun. The minigun really excels at close range, but aside from that I like the m240 better.
I do not like to pick my fights up close in FPS, but I will if I ever have too. Usually if I ever find both of them, I put them right next to each other in my hot bar so I can be extremely effective overall.

All in all, m240 because I have seen it perform better it certain areas.

Both damage values can be confirmed on the wiki. My point, the Minigun does more damage than M240.

The Minigun has a wide spread of bullets, making it inefficient at long range while efficient at close range. The M240 is versatile at any range, although Minigun is technically better at close range because the damage is higher than with an M240.

 

I think it depends on what the battle scenario is. If at close range, I suggest the minigun because it sprays more and does very good damage per second (dps). For medium range I use any of the LMG class weapons because the bullets are more bunged up so you can hot your target more.

 

I like the m240 more, since it's a bit more accurate when you aim. It does deal less damage than the minigun but I just like to handle the m240 more.
