Ways to improve my Moderation.

Hmm let's think.
Your such a bad mod you don't need to improve on anything because of your badness which makes the badness make badness into goodness and then life is all gud in the wurld beyond us and evrything in future generations of man kind and all the things which will happen.


So that in a Long Story Short means that you don't need to improve on anything because your one of my favourite mods and your doing your job well, so well that you deserve super mod.

 

I personally haven't had the chance to run into you in game. I will say, the fact that you are reaching out to the community and wanting to better yourself shows a lot about you as a moderator. The only advice I can give, always remember that you were a player, that applied for a staff position to help the community. It's about helping a server grow and be an enjoyable place for people of all ages. Keep a positive example in game, forums and on teamspeak. Lead by example but remember to have fun. There are many people who want to talk to you, and play with you in game, they get excited to see you. Reach out to them and make their day!

All in all, you're probably the best moderator on Brawl.

 

Very likely, I don't see many other moderators who are taking the time to ask the community if they feel they're doing their job well. It shows that you care about your job.
