How to judge a staff Application

    Before you read, take note that this is juts an opinion. I have come to you guys today with my opinion on how to judge a staff application. I fell my format gets the most detail and information the quickest.
    Lets begin.

    Activity

    In-Game- [Overall: +1/0/-1]
    Here you will list your knowledge of that players activity in-game. And other touches to it.
    Your overall will show your final review of their in-game activity.

    Forums- [Overall: +1/0/-1]
    Here you will judge that players total messages, massage detail, and overall forums activity.
    Including helpfulness.

    Team Speak 3 [Overall: +1/0/-1]
    Notes on their TS activity/ helpfulness.

    Maturity
    Notes on how they react to being killed/losing killstreaks. Notes on their overall maturity.

    Application

    Grammar/    Punctiuation
    Bad grammar says something. No application should have grammar mistakes.

    Length/Detail
    No application should have one word answers. The application should be long and neat.


    Also be sure to give an overall rating for each section.

    Most applications are already judged in this sort of method anyway...
    And only staff have the ability to respond to applications.

    Staff have their ways. From what I've seen, they only take a few sections into account.
