Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
Yes, I'm very active on all stated above. I tend to keep my activity higher than average, more then 3-5 hours a day usually. I am active on MC-WarZ/MC-War/Party/MineStrike/FpsHG, out of those I play on FpsHG and WarZ the most. I am very active on the servers and forums no matter what, and the servers just keep bringing me back to play on them. I know how to Moderate on them and make sure that the players are enjoying there time, and making sure everyone is having fun. So yes, I'm very active on the servers and also the TeamSpeak. On the Team speak, I like to talk a lot, and help others, and although I tend to get a long with others on it and act mature, I help others on the TeamSpeak as well and make sure they know what they're doing, and for the new members, I usually help them. I very much so know how to moderate on the TeamSpeak as I'm experienced and that some moderators do that and I follow. I am also very active on the forums, I've know reached over 1,500 posts and I'm very proud of myself that I've reached such a joyful goal, that I was trying to reach for ages, now I'm trying to get 2,000 posts. And now I know that I can follow as of what I am doing on the Servers/Forums/TeamSpeak 3. So I am very active on all of these and in all situations once again, I know what to do, and how everything works.

Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -
By Colonel_Chris, I've reported 29, but I have lot's more videos to upload of hackers, more then 10, so you can say 30-40 by now. And I'm on WarZ all the time, trying to see if there are any more rule breakers.

How old are you? -
I am currently 14 years of age, born January 2nd.

I am in Hong Kong, GMT +8 Hours.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
This is a very long story, I'm not sure where to start. But I will think it through mainly, in 2009 I think, I was playing minecraft, first time. On the account of Middlecone, soon I got the account of xXCapzXx. I liked the game a lot, it was the only game I played and I just loved it, I used redstone, all materials and I always loved to mine. Throughout the years, I've learn't lots and lots about minecraft and how it works. But then, after a year or 2, multiplayer came out. I was amazed, I thought in my head: Minecraft Multiplayer? Then I joined a server and then I learn't tons more about plugins, servers, bukkit etc, etc. And I was very interested. I then even made my own server where I learn't even more, coding and developing and configuring plugins. But then there were updates like the new horse update and creative mode in 1.8 and lots more. And now, I've joined MC-Brawl, and I already knew MC-Brawl before, way before even with their enjin forums and in 2012/13 to now 14. So this is where I am now. I also played minecraft on pocket version before I started playing on the computer, that also tout me a lot of things, but mainly I was just mining and using redstone wisely because I wanted to learn much more about redstone as back then I thought it was confusing.


What is your experience with moderating servers? -
I have a mass amount of experience in Moderating servers, I've been playing on servers and Moderating for longer than, I've even lost count, I've probably been Moderator on over 20 by now, and I am very experienced. But on this, I'm going to state servers that are important to me and ones, I know well.

Chrosys: I have been staff on Chrosys, I am a Chat-Mod, the server doesn't need much moderating currently as it's not up for public yet. But yes, I got that for being a good builder and I volunteered to do it.

MC-WarZ: I have also been moderator on MC-WarZ, I got that for writing a good application and being helpful in-game and a little bit on forums. (I don't need to show proof as I've been already and most of you know).

MineSwine: I have been Staff on MineSwine, which nowa' days has usually around to 300-500, and used to have 2,000 players usually. The website they use is XenForo, and I know how it works by now, and how to lock threads/move threads, and since I can manage 300-500 players, I think that I can manage 700-1,000 on MC-Brawl. What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -
I will provide the best I can with my activity and my experiences, as I can moderate for a long, long time I can be able to help lots of people, whiles that I am on when no other staff is on so that's another upside as well with my TimeZone. I will also provide activity on the teamspeak, and make sure that everyone is okay, and enjoying there time on the MC-Brawl servers.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? -
I have used a hacked client in around 2012, never on MC-Brawl though, but I do not hack anymore, as it ruins the concepts of games, and it's not fun with them. Even when you're using them, it's not fun with them.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -
I have been banned before once, although that was on another server, not MC-Brawl, and I was banned for advertising, although I no longer advertise, as said above, it's not fun and it destroys the game when you advertise another server, not just that, but also hacking.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? -
I am very active in game, and usually going a round on the MC-WarZ servers and playing on the FpsHG servers. I consider myself being very active on warz, and me helping those who need it. I usually spend 3-4 hours to be exact.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -
I consider myself to be very active on the teamspeak, I'm on it right now whiles typing this application, and I tend to go on usually to help others, and to play with my friends on the MC-WarZ servers.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -
I consider myself very active on the forums, and usually, when I am playing on the servers, in the middle of playing WarZ, I tend to check through the forums every 5-10 minutes, to see if there are any new posts, threads, alerts or even conversations. I now have a lot of posts and I am on the ride to 2,000 posts! I currently have 1,600.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -
My greatest strength is being able to help those in need to help, and to listen, which is just what I need for warz, as I can help those in need of help and make sure that everyone is happy. Also going in sticky situations, that's another thing I can handle.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
My greatest weakness, I have to say is multi-tasking, it can be a little challenging to answer 3 questions at a time, but I can type fast enough to manage all of them, and make sure that all the players questions/queries are answered.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
I'd warn him and make sure he'd know not to do it again.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
I'd once again warn him and I will give a kick as a threat for him to not do it again.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -
I would be obliged to tempban him, whiles giving him a warning for him to not do it again.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? -
I would not get embarrassed in any way, and I'd check if the persons answer was correct, and if it was, I'd not get mad in any way, I would politely and kindly say "Thank you very much"
Or something related to that.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -
If it were to be just a grave dig I'd lock it. But if it was something serious, and needed to be reported, I would talk to a Super-Mod/Administrator about it.

When would you lock a thread? -
If it were either to be a:

*Grave Dig

*Requested lock

*Flame war

*Contained inappropriate content or harassment

*Double post

*Gone off topic and they were to not stop going off topic whiles warned

My name is Nicholas, and I really like everything to do with technology or gaming, I like games other than Minecraft, like counterstrike.
I've also applied for warz as I have gotten Global Lifetime V.I.P and I enjoy it much more now then before.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
I'd first of all, give him a warning to get out of the spot he is in and tell him how. If ignored, I'd kick him and tell him not to do it again. If done for the third time, I will tempban him whiles given a warning for him to not do it again.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? -
Yes, I do. With my experience on MC-WarZ.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? -
Yes, I do. And I know that will not happen.

I enjoy helping other servers I enjoy, not just because of getting the rank, but that was the time when MineSwine wasn't really active.
And ahh, on reactivemc and fadecloud, and gizmo I actually don't even want to apply there anymore, I thought that my application was removed on all of them since I've been inactive on them for a few months, as I am with MC-Brawl. And I feel that this is the place where I truly belong. I am resigning on MineSwine as well to put even more activity in to MCBrawl. So I feel that this application will get my the rank of Moderator on MCBrawl, which I do not want for the perks, as I already have donator perks on all servers for lifetime already, so you know I do it for putting my freetime into contributing to the servers and helping.
