    I'm trying to use minecraft coder pack, and I have a very simple question. Once I'm done breaking stuff, I use recompile.sh, then startclient.sh to test, and then reobfuscate.sh and it gives me a bunch of class files unrelated to what I was doing. How to I get everything into a jar that will work for actual minecraft?
