Discussion Tab

Not sure if this idea exists, although I think mcbrawl forums could use a discussion area in the community section.
To clarify, what if I wanted to talk about something that deals with mcbrawl, etc but does not deal with any gamemodes, or the current existing tabs such as Q/A suggestions/ideas.
Specifically, what if I wanted to make a thread that deals with mcbrawl, but nothing else with all the options.
This doesn't go great with the 'other' section because they have nothing to post there too about just 'discussions.'

I noticed there is one section similar to this, but only used by staff, and not by public.

Surely, if this never existed, the staff probably has some explanation as to why this was not implemented.

Hopefully you understand what I am trying to say.
