    I feel like some admin or S-mod should a guide on which he covers all of the basic features on our forums and what not. That way, people wouldn't be that confused.
    Also, I think that an automatic PM should be sent to every new member (by admin/s-mod/mod), this system works on another network which uses the Xenforo add-ons. The PM would feature some kind of basic stuff regarding a few important rules and what not.
    It would be a bot-type message sender, I guess.

    We already have an automatic message system. If you're a first time new member, you get a message displayed at the top telling you to read the forum rules.

    I mean like a PM in which there is more in-depth information with clickable spoilers regarding rules, servers, voting, donating and staff. Not just a plain text "Welcome, new member! Be sure to read forum rules"

    Yeah, people don't want to see a random message like that pop-up, as soon as they are logged in they should be redirected to a page explaining the forums.

    I mean, the rules are very easy to understand, so the only reason I could see for a Forum's Guide would be one that explains how to do things such as editing your profile and setting a signature up. Those kinds of things, also explaining what is acceptable to post and maybe giving examples of replies you don't need to post. I mean, the way the forums is set up is pretty straight forward already.
