I joined this game about a month ago or two and I've only joined multiplier a few times, I'm a level 3 but I'd like to advance and really get to know the game. Is there any advice or simple things I should know?
    Thanks

I'm assuming you don't have Scavenger. If so, then it'd be best to use the L118a as it's great for conserving ammo. If you aren't good with snipers, then you should try flanking other players with the Spas12 once you're level 4. Getting a point-blank shot with the Spas12 is an instakill.

It's hard to get to the good guns at first, so the best thing to do is try to stick in at Infects, Gungames, and Free-For-Alls with your best guns so you can harvest some experience, then you'll get to the better guns and you can just practice. It took me a while to get to where I am now, but I'm still improving my techniques. :grinning:
p.s. if you vote you can spend 60 rewards tokens and get tomahawks, throwable axes that kill people instantly, for 24 hours. (unless they've removed that feature)

    I would say,

Snipers (ex l118a): Try to quick scope by aiming at the head and left click and right click very fast to have a successful quick scope. L118a has great ammo.

Automatics (ex m16): I recommend to buy scavenger before you use automatics, because they have limited ammo. If you want to use m16 try to camp in hard-to-see places and shoot players. If you get tired of this or it is not effective then try jumping around and shooting the player, making that player hard to kill you.

Shotguns (ex spas 12): Shotguns are great for small maps, if you get close enough it is a one-shot kill. Shotguns have a decent amount of ammo.

I recommend starting out with these guns, mostly use snipers though. But if you are not a sniper person, shotguns and automatics are a good choice too.

There isn't that much of a point for going for headshots unless you're using the l118a which is still somewhat pointless...

L118A is extremely difficult to use at first. I would recommend using the M16 in most TDM, CTF, and FFA matches.
The USP is a pretty bad gun, switch to the M9 as quickly as possible.
Once you're there, get the SPAS-12 (shotgun) as said above, then get the M4A1 (assault carbine and Dragunov (sniper rifle). These are very good weapons.
Before I continue, I'll give you a few weapon tips. (I'll add more of these as I go along)
The M16 (most likely based off the M16A4) is a 3 round burst assault rifle that has a typical capacity and accuracy. It also has a typical range. (m = 1 Minecraft block)
Its damage is mediocre, being able to kill in 5 hits minimum without any multipliers.
However, aiming for the head (top third of the Minecraft player) will allow you to do double the damage, allowing 1 burst to kill instantly if all the bullets hit in the head.
The best tactic is to use this weapon at close to medium range. Don't use it past 30 blocks, you likely won't get the kill.
At close range, use hip fire; this weapon has average accuracy. Don't be afraid to move while shooting, you won't receive accuracy penalties unlike in modern FPS games.
At ranges past 10 blocks, left click to aim down sights. (you can aim down sights with all weapons.)
This makes you shoot more accurately, but you move more slowly. Use aiming in moderation to make sure you aren't caught with slowness 5.
This weapon is actually a pretty solid gun, so keep using it until you get the AK-47 or FAMAS.
This gun is actually pretty difficult to use.
It has a mediocre firerate (it's alright for the MC-War snipers) and boasts average stats. However, its firerate makes it difficult to get a second shot off.
Make sure you hit with the first shot. Aiming is mandatory with sniper rifles; YOU WILL MISS IF YOU DON'T AIM 95% OF THE TIME! (the other 5% is when you get a lucky hit at point blank)
When using this, stay back. You have a lot of ammo, so don't worry if someone steals your kill. Also, remember to move. Good snipers don't stay in the same place for long.
Remember to lead your target like you would with all guns. It's a little difficult at first but it isn't too hard to master.
If you doubt your accuracy, do not use this weapon; stick with an automatic weapon.
Avoid this, it's pretty bad. The SPAS-12 is far superior.
This gun would be good if it wasn't for its awful firerate. For a semi automatic pistol, it's terrible.
The best strategy is to use this gun at close range (20m max) and jump while shooting it. It has no recoil since it's so bad , so take advantage of that. Switch to the M9 ASAP.

The M9 uses similar tactics, but you cannot jump while shooting. Also, you can use the M9 at longer ranges and it is more effective overall.

A lot of the weapons are pretty similar, but as you level up you get better weapons. That's how people who have prestiged can kill you so quickly.
Here are recommended weapons to get:

    • Assault rifles
      • M4A1 (level 6, 75c)
        • This is a fully automatic assault carbine, with better hip accuracy but a slower firerate and less damage.
      • AK-47 (level 14, 100c)
        • This is the M4A1 with less accuracy but higher damage (M16 damage) and a very fast reload. Although the M4A1 is more viable for close-medium range and medium-long range, the AK-47 is better in most other situations.
      • FAMAS (level 25, 100c)
        • The FAMAS is similar to the M16, but deals a lot more damage and has a slightly faster firerate due to the fact that its burst delay is slightly less.
      • Skullcrusher (level 40, 870c)
        • The Skullcrusher is the ultimate weapon. Used by almost every prestige player. It is a M16 with seriously buffed damage (it kills in 4 hits, or 2 hits with a headshot multiplier), has the hip fire accuracy of the M4A1, and has a average reload. It is worth noting that this weapon deals a lot of damage and thus is usable at longer ranges, but has a slightly smaller magazine at 24 rounds.
    • Sniper rifles
      • Dragunov (level 8, 75c)
        • The Dragunov is similar to the L118A only in that it's a sniper rifle. This sniper rifle has a higher firerate and a slightly larger capacity, but it does less damage. However, a headshot will still ensure a instant kill.
      • MSR (level 27, 100c)
        • The MSR has the highest firerate of all sniper rifles. However, it has a slightly smaller magazine and a longer reload. It is worth noting that it has pretty high damage. Headshots will be a one shot kill.
      • Isolator (level 36, 870c)
        • People rage at this weapon. That's how deadly it is. This sniper rifle has a 4 round capacity, but it kills instantly no matter where you hit.
      • Disassembler (level 41, 870c)
        • This is similar to a semi automatic bolt action sniper rifle. It is a slow weapon, but it's faster than a bolt action weapon. (although only by a bit) It does slightly less damage than a bolt action, but it has a 30 round capacity.
    • Shotguns
      • Model 1887 (level 22, 100c)
        • This is hands down the best shotgun. It does the most damage and has the longest range when taking into account bullet drop. This weapon is almost guaranteed to one shot up to 15 blocks away. Pretty deadly. However, it has a lengthy reload, slow firerate, and bad accuracy at times. When luck is on your side though, the bullets will be relatively accurate.
      • Typhoid (level 39, 750c)
        • This shotgun comes in a close second behind the Model, and can even be more useful in some situations. It's a 3 round burst and deals just as much damage, with a 12 round capacity and a slightly quicker reload. It has a higher firerate overall but the burst is what makes people dislike it since it sometimes cannot kill instantly.
    • Submachine Guns
      • UMP-45 (level 37, 1250c)
        • This is similar to the AK-47 except turned into a SMG. It has SMG stats, an average reload, and a high rate of fire. It is actually very similar to the minigun.
      • P90 (level 50, 2000c)
        • The P90 deals slightly less damage than the UMP, but also has the best aimed accuracy of all SMGs and benefits from a 40 round magazine.
    • Sidearms
      • M9 (level 2, 50c)
        • Explained above
      • Desert Eagle (level 19, 75c)
        • The DEagle is similar to the Magnum, having the same damage. However, its hip accuracy is so good you won't need to aim most of the time. Its firerate and knockback are also very high, allowing you to kill quickly. However, it requires frequent reloads, is slightly less accurate than the other pistols when aiming, and has a shorter range.
      • Executioner (level 30, 525c)
        • This is a revolver that fires .410 (pretty much a shotgun shell for revolvers). It's very effective at close range but suffers past 7m. It has the firerate of the M9.
      • Python (level 38, 525c)
        • This is a widely used weapon, favored for its damage stats and firerate. It has a 9 round magazine and pistol accuracy. It kills in 2-3 hits and will kill in 1 hit with a headshot.
    Hope this helped.

In case you don't know, these are trolls
/fp is a moderator only command, you'll be kicked for using it.
However, the first one is a logical solution if you want to see people's funny reactions and rage

Go and see these images and this will show do you get grenades without donating for them. I would recommend donating for them since it lasts forever but if you want to save money do /vote and vote on the links. These images will show how to redeem the tokens and what you can get with tokens. For mc-war you can get xp (token price may vary) and all lethals except for c4 for 24 which cost 60 tokens (6 votes basicly).

Good luck and welcome to the server/community
