Do you understand what this rank provides? - I FlaberJoe, understand that my rank permits to embellish my builds in a larger plot precinct.
Are you part of any Building Teams in our community? - No, but I would be delighted to join any community groups for the sake of MCBrawl and serve as an active member to expand the community. I will accept any offers and apply to do so not just for my sake.

What is your experience with building in Minecraft? - I do have an experienced history of building and have been hired to build spawns and maps. I have also been part of two build teams by the names of "Selcouth" and "Pixel Perfect".
Why do you need the rank? - I would like the opportunity for this rank because I feel like I would be another great addition to this substantial server economy and I would like to promote others to follow in my path as well as examine my arts and abilities to build.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges rank will be taken away? - Yes I do and you will have no difficulty taking them away from me because I will never abuse these rules and will fully understand if so taken away.

I also forgot to mention that those pictures of the build are only about 1/4 of some time consuming builds, I just didn't take pictures of the server spawn build etc... and most of those builds (shown) are incomplete.
