    What does the perk do, how much will it cost? Details.
    "+1 for every 3 seconds of aiming" isn't enough detail.

    Extra specifics: Is there a limit to this damage?
    Isn't 3 seconds aiming a little long for just 0.5 hearts of extra damage?

    Sounds like a buffed version of Stopping Power. Since you can camp and keep a Skullcrusher aimed, imagine how op it would be if you kept that gun constantly aimed while shooting for a long time.

    I guess that he means that if you keep aiming your shots will do slightly more damage which is... Let's just say image.jpg

    Sneaking, while ADS for more than 12 seconds adds an extra heart of damage to every shot.

    In turn you'll have slowness when you unzoom, for about 20s. Tunnel vision takes a lot out of you.

    The slowness must expire before hitman can work again

    what's the point of this if someone is using iso or cbow no point because there mostly 1 hit kills no gun really needs this perk

    I guess it's just a watered down version of stoppingpower? Stoppingpower does an extra heart of damage with every bullet, soooooo this perk is useless because stoppingpower out classes it in every way. :I

    I'll just aimm so hard in one camping spot the entire game I'll be like a camping 1 shot god every 30 seconds in infect with mah lemon >:3
