    Are u sure that's 1.mc-war.com? Cause I'm sure we don't have 2500 slots on server 1 ._.

    Edit: Just realised this is an advertisement. I just connected to the server, and came onto a different server then Brawl.

    Oh god, second edit: And again, I just realised that McBrawl uses this ip for our War servers, and another server not sure of the name, uses it to. I'm not sure if that's a good idea.

    This should be impossible, shouldn't it?

    I have an idea what maybe caused this: If you edit a server in your server list, like exchange "minecraft.net" with "1.mc-war.com", it will still show the picture and description for minecraft.net until you refresh your server list. Please try this @RyanStar05
    I can hardly imagine that it is possible to have 2 servers with the same IP, I believe Mojang manages them and they won't give out the same IP twice.

    I am pretty sure that mc war is NOT japanese for coffee :V
    コーヒー (Kōhī) Is japanese for coffee.


    May i just say that this is the most hilarious bug i have ever seen?

    I have the same problem. Sometimes it connects me to MC-WAR and sometimes to this other server. It changes over time. ...

    I just had the same issue as well. I can't select servers by IP anymore without that Kohi server getting in the way. It feels like that Kohi server is using the same IP as MCWar but with a minimal difference of using #.mc-war.com (Kohi) vs. mc-war.com (Us). I could be wrong on that theory though...

    But another guess I have is a glitch in the Mojang multiplayer db? I just hope this isn't some troll attempt going on from that server...

    2 servers running on the same port, on the same ip? Never heard of it.

    I used to think stuff like that is impossible. But, after some point I learned that there's at least a 0.001 ~ 1% chance of something happening. What bugs me is that its proven to be possible but to happen to this server. Also, what bugs me more is that I question the ability to "lock" IP/Domains from being used by others. Thinking about it now, maybe its an unseen bug for 1.8 and up?

    But anyways, here's what's actually happening:
    We had 5 bungee servers.
    We got rid of one.
    Chap forgot to remove the server ip from the DNS for war.
    Another server buys the box we got rid of.
    That server started hosting a mc server.
    Some traffic started getting directed to that server.
