I got this idea from a thread by brawlerace_ and I was thinking that if you are shot in a certain area it will have an effect other than droping your hp. here it is,
Arm: if you are shot in the arm (any one) it will decrease your aim by 30% for 15 seconds
Legs: If you get shot in the legs you will recive slowness for 10-15 seconds and (if possible) a decreased jump hight to make it seem like you are limping away or dragging your leg on the ground.

    Blood system
If you die you respawn with 100% blood level
Depending on how much you were shot, will determin how long it takes you to stop bleeding,
so each snowball you are shot with is 1.5 seconds of bleeding so a shotgun can cause you to bleed for 12 seconds (if all pellets hit)
once you reach a blood level of 1%-50% you will get random spikes of nausea (2 seconds max)
1-20% blood you get random blindness (1 second max)
blood does replenish, 1% every 2.5 seconds
0% blood you get infinite wither effect (until blood goes up)

    How ya like it?

Sorry, but the plugin for Mc-War is already complicated enough and this would be VERY hard to code I believe.
I like the ideas because they would make War more realistic, but it is just too complicated to get added.

This would make MC-War too much like DayZ. It's CoD; you can regen extremely fast.

As for idea, seems fine, yet there are a few reasons:
    1) Ultra hard to code
    2) Not fitting the CoD theme
    3) Regeneration is too damn quick

CoD logic = have a health pack! that will heal the 20 sniper shots you just took in your stomach and part of your limbs!

I would love to see some regeneration items (health pack? anyone)
But, this idea seems like something more for WarZ.

This is not Mc-WarZ, even the original WarZ doesn't have a system that lowers your aim of you're shot in the arm.

The other users have a point. Maybe I can see like being hit would lessen your speed or something yes. But even then that's a bit much.
