Well, I have 2 sayings for you. One- Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get. Sometimes its better than others. Also, life is like a roller coaster, there are highs and lows, but it is always a thrill. Just remember its gonna get better. Finally, if you need a laugh, just ask @BrawlerAce_

Don't give up. Think about all the people who you would leave then and how sad they would be. It's gonna take some time but you'll get through it

Since I've been through a lot of this before, I'll help you with your depression. Tell me exactly what it is and I'll be able to help you through it (PM or on this thread, whatever way you like). You have my support.

 

Not to sound like an insensitive jerk but... Aren't you 11? Live your life and don't be depressed over things as life is so short and there are so many things to do. Don't think something tiny is the end of the world otherwise you will live your life always sad. I say pick your head up and mourn over something that has real meaning. Reflect on life everyday and even cry for a few minutes a day if you have to, but don't make it something that controls you.

 

Find something you love. Set goals for something you love (a sport, academic goals, a skill) and make sure every day you work towards it. Don't procrastinate, if you have time to procrastinate, you have time to do something.

Last semester I took macroeconomics and didn't have a clue what I was doing (as cited on the final exam). There were 80 multiple choice questions. For some reason I decided to play the game of probability and choose the letter "A" for everything. In that game, the only thing probable was that I failed.

The following day, the professor asked to see me after class. "Is everything okay?" "Sure," I said, "why? "Well, here's your test," he said and handed me a piece of paper that was covered with red ink. "Can you explain why you chose an 'A' for everything?"
