umm +0 because the question "why do you need the rank?" could have been answered better and adv builder comes with commands and shout too, not just plot expansion. so i would give a +1 but i don't exactly see why you need the rank..

 

The builds are enough for AdvBuilding, but you can do so much more with the houses. Good luck! It's a +1 from me.
