Quitting pc(until i fix my pc or get new one)

so my dad used my pc when i was at school and he installed a rat on it
i managed to get rid of the rat but my pc is just plain out terrible now.my fps is 2x worse now
so i used to get 30-50 fps on csgo no its 7-16 with so many lag spikes
gmod used to get 50 now its the same as cs(7-16 fps)
i did factory reset my pc but its still terrible so ima just quit cause im tired of this ****
i am saving my money now to buy a new pc or i might go back to xbox 360
i will still be on the ts but i wont be playing any games no more
so gg nice playing warz with jew monkeys @nicolecacola @UniqueRush @Tropicl_Twinkie and ryan and ze goosman
but yeah ram ill be on ts/kik till i get new pc scrub nubs
