    I have bought a monthly MVP on Mc-War but i only have the prefix?!

    Things that i am missing:
    - 20 extra xp per kill
    - 3x credits per kill
    - 40 extra bullets
    - Blue name in /list
    - Cosmetic items
    - Death Particle, Halo Particle and Firework Creator

    I have received an email with Thanks for purchase.

    I hope you can help me!

    Sometimes it takes time for your rank to be updated, please wait patiently and see if it updates in the next 10-20 minutes. If your MVP perks still don't show up after waiting, take King_Daan's advice.
