Recon or soldier?

    I've been thinking about it a lot, but I can't decide if I should get recon or soldier as my first kit, what do you guys think would be a better choice?

    It depends if you're good at conserving ammo or not. Soldier's better for that, but Recon is better for fast starting kills since the MP5 has a higher firerate.

    I use soldier because I like to save my ammo for later in the game.

    I think soldier is better because it has more armor.

    Save up for heavy or tomahawker. I'd get recon, after all.

    I'd say Soldier. The FAMAS is incredibly good for taking out people fast and saving up ammo at the same time.

    Everyone just to clarify I chose soldier but was able to get recon aswell within around half an hour. I am currently saving up for heavy. <3 jacobanddrake

    I always take take soldier myself, just cause the gun is better.

    I believe Recon I better. SMGs are a lot better, and more common.
