    Question: why is it that only Admins will receive the rank? Also doesn't that mean that @GreenPeas_ should have the rank?

    The rank is not for resigned/demoted Admins. It's simply a forums rank there for inactive/'retired' staff members They still have their ranks in-game.

    This may change in the future.
