As most of you may now every day you can see an application for moderator on the forums. One thing however is, there is always that ONE (or multiple) person that always makes a moderator application when they just joined the community that day and have 0 - 50 posts. This idea may interfere with Xenforo or the website, it would be handy if it could be made possibly (doubt it but it would still be good if McBrawl had it). You cannot post an application UNTIL you get 250+ posts, this would be to not make moderator/admin jobs hard looking at all of the useless threads. The idea of 250+ posts would also lead me to think that the minimum should be bumped down to 250+ posts. Most of the moderators have made it to the rank with less than 300 posts. It is crazy how many people get accepted with less than 300 posts. The staff say that you could apply for moderator if you have under the minimum but there would be a slim chance. In truth, I don't think this rule is being used that much, so it would be better if the minimum was 250+ posts.

Once people find this out, they would likely spam the forums and/or make pointless or non useful posts.
However, it can cut on the number of new applicants, so that's a plus.

However like only 10% of the community that is active is made up of people who stayed... and the rest made an application to get denied and left, or joined and never came on again.
However this may encourage player to be dedicated... so I'm half in since players will say: "wtf i can't post my mud appicaiom111!11!!!1!!!1 and i now dat it wuld b acceptd bcuz im from plantmc!!!!111!!11!" and leave 5 minutes later.

Well we wouldn't really want to invite a troll or inappropriate person in to McBrawl anyways  . Limiting the population of trolls though. If you can't be dedicated then why would you want to be a moderator on McBrawl, exactly.

I've always been pretty adamant against this whole post limit or required post thing. I applied with 169 posts when I got moderator, and I don't see how that influenced me. People judging applications should bother to look through an applicants post to see if they're helpful or not. If they are helpful and have the experience, then they should be given a chance. What should really determine forum activity is coming on the forum a lot and letting the community get to know you, in a good way.

For a second I thought you meant people got accepted the day they joined.. I read it like 3 times after I realized it wasn't like that to make sure

    1. Apps don't count as posts
    2. If they spam they are banned, but
    3. They can post non helpful posts at a high rate
