    Occasionally I will spawn without a single, or multiple, items. This is most often my sword which i dont use to much but occasionally it has been my pistol which i do use quite often.

    Its a glitch but to fix in open your inventory and hold like your sword and click the gun where is supposed to be. Hope that helped.
