    If you didnt know already, in the newest snapshot they added a thing with maps.
    If you place a map in an item frame that is placed on a block then it would cover a full side of the block.
    So i was thinking. "Wait a minute, it would probably be possible to make a minimap out of that."
    Then it might be possible to have a map in the top left corner of your screen, like in the real COD and many other games.
    And if it was a minimap then maybe it would be possible to add a UAV / SatCom and a orbital vsat killstreak by making red dots where enemies are (Red wool) And Green dots where your team mates are (Green wool).

    This would be more of a mod. Its not possible that I know of for a minimap.

    Ehhhh, no
    I dun think it's possible to put the map in the corner UNLESS it's an actual block
    But don't take my word for it.
    I aint a coder...

    Even if it was possible, it would most likely be difficult to code, take time away from other projects, and not come close to the quality of actual minimap mods such as Rei's Minimap.
