    EMP
As most of you guys know, the EMP acts like a super flashbang, which does not match up with CoD. I have yet another proposal.

To make the EMP realistic, I suggest making it a 21 killstreak (replacing the nuke), which would be added when the selectable killstreak system is implemented.

What it would do: The EMP would destroy any electronical streaks in the air and prevent any calling in of streaks for 15 seconds. This includes RC-XDs, Hunter Killers, EMPs, etc. This excludes ammo, dogs, etc. Now, it is up to YOU whether the EMP should be able to counter nukes. It is a 21 streak (same as nuke), after all. But, if you don't think a 21 streak should be able to counter a nuke AND all other electronics, you can either:

    1. Make the EMP a 25 streak instead
    2. Make the EMP not be able to counter a nuke.

If you don't want to change what the 15 streak does, please at least rename it to Super Flashbang or something, because it really is no EMP.

    CALLING IN STREAKS
As mentioned above, the suggested EMP would prevent any further streaks from called in. Now, this would cause any earned streaks during that period to be called in once the EMP is over, possibly overloading the system and definitely overlapping other same streaks.

Now, what I want to see is this:
When a person earns a streak, they are given an item which when right clicked, would call in the streak. That way, the streaks could be used tactically! You might have to put the tooltip to match the streak, depending on how you texture the items (below).

The two ways to texture the "called-inner":
    ONE
You can texture the "caller-inners" as the same thing (radio, iPad, any device). However, if this is chosen, the tooltip would be crucial, so the player knows what they're calling in.

    TWO
You can alternatively texture it as the streak itself (pic of a chopper, etc.), and the tooltip would be unnecessary, because the player would have a visual of what they're calling in.

Big Drawback: Much coding required, but will please players more than you know!

This is pretty interesting, I know some of the coding but it seems kinda difficult.

I wouldn't like new killstreaks, but calling them in would be a good idea.

It's possible. If they can code guns, they can code this.

I know! I absolutely hate it when two people call in EMPs right after one another, and one's power is lost!
