    Ever want TWO perks? Well?
    Ok here it is folks!

    SET 1 = Play one match with your speed perk.

    SET 2 = After match ends switch out perks with a different perk.

    STEP 3 = Enjoy speed effect 1 and with any other perk; juggernaut, Stopping power, Sleight-of-hand, Marathon, Scavenger, Martyrdom, Hardline, Flack jacket! 2013-09-22_20.31.13.png 2013-09-22_20.32.14.png
    Now the explanation of this "Bug" is quite simple, they updated is so when someone gets a EMP kill streak and your on the receiving side of the effects of this kill streak when you die you will still have Blindness 3 effect. Before if you died the effects when away but with this minor update they stay so when you have speed perk equip it transfers just like the blindness effect to the next game.

    Maybe but then again its not a hack.
    Speed and Marathon perks juke them zombies!!

    Technically, u can already have 2 perks when you're a zombie, one is the speed that u get, and the other one is the perk that u donated for.
