    You cannot apply for the rank UNLESS you post pictures. We can't believe you until you do. You have to actually build and show us why you apply for it.

    Firedawg,

    I do not think you know how important it is to have pictures of your build. For every and any application, you need pictures for it. That is what the application is for. To see if your build is good enough for your next rank. You can post images at imgur.com . Also, try to answer the questions a little more in depth. It shows maturity and also that you care about your application.
