    Here he is, the almighty God of chickens, Putty! Includes his own unique and putty-licious abilities and even more!
    -Advertisement.


    So, Putty would be the first champion/hero, you could donate for.
    Priced at 5$ - permanent Putty.
    Comes with:
    Almighty Chicken Blade (Iron Sword)
    -Deals 8 default (8/20 hp) damage, 0.5 heart returned per hit.
    Right-clicking adds slowness I, resistance I.

    Secondary - Chicken rail gun of awesomeness. [A blaze rod]
    alt-fire:
    Deploys an egg, dealing 3 hearts of damage and adding a blindness effect for 5 seconds.
    Can be fired once every 7 seconds.

    Spells:

    1. Guardians.
    Spawns 3 chickens that will be dropping splash potions of healing II.
    Allows for healing effect.
    Can be spawned once every 30 seconds, will only spawn if all 3 of the chickens are down.
    Item: Stick

    2. Sword Skill.
    Adds haste II effect + strength for 0.5 minutes.
    Can be used once every 1.5 minutes, effect will restore if the player gets a kill.
    Item: potion


    Armor:

    Player head: @chickenputty
    Dyed Leather Tunic w/ Protection III
    Iron Leggings with Projectile Protection II
    Golden Boots with Feather Falling IV.

    Denied. EULA rules: no unfair advantages for donors. Unless putty would be a skin or some kind of NPC either team can control, then this would be unfair.

    As far as I know, EULA was never enforced and McBrawl still offers ranks such as MVP on WarZ, and donator weapons or perks on McWar.
    Therefore, please provide me proof that EULA is indeed enforced.

    EDIT: Also mvp doesn't really provide any advantages, just tp but you can just walk. As for war items I honestly don't know.

    I'm sorry guy, but next time you try to start an argument, do your research. EULA has been around since the beginning of time in minecraft. However, when Mojang created these legal rules, there were several loopholes. For example, servers that are not authenticated have no EULA restrictions, and EULA only applies to items and abilities that give a player a completely specific advantage over another. This would be items or ranks that allow efficiency 50 picks in jail servers, or sharpness 10 swords on faction servers. Another thing that Mojang did not foresee was the sheer amount of multiplayer servers in minecraft, and the fact that minecraft has mainly become a massive multiplayer game with thousands of variations of the game through different servers, instead of a mainly single player game. With tens of thousands of servers, Mojang could not possibly moderate the use of real life currency to gain "unfair advantages" agianst other players on all of the, so they essentially stuck to talking about EULA without actually enforcing it. You might say "but Broken, mcbrawl offers donor guns in mcwar that give players a huge advantage!!" Wrong. The donor guns do not have a distinct advantage, because other players could use skully, ISO, moddel, p90, Python, of any other op gun agianst a donor weapon, which depending on the tactical situation, negate the advantage of that donor gun. However, mcbrawl is in violation of EULA on several occasions, like the perks in mcwar, but so far, Microsoft has shown no action to enforce small EULA issues, having chosen to enforce EULA through removing the ranks on select servers that are upwards of costing $200.
