    This may be a little OP But then again people said that the m4a1 was op so.... I think there should be a 15$.perk that when equipped opens a second menu which allows you to apply 2 of your perks. This would-be helpful to many people since most people are forced to use scavenger due to the poor default ammo on the guns. This way people could use another perk in addition to scavenger

    Geez, that would be op. If you had Jugger + scav you could live forever. Too OP. And yes, the M4A1 is WAY too op.

    This is what I'm talking about people say everything is op but not as op as it would be if I used the iso with slight of hand and hardline

    Quadruple posting? Hardline takes one kill off your killstreak, 4 for ammo, 14 for emp, 20 for nuke.

    Ha I could then combine Scavenger and stopping power. Cool, but would be way to powerful.

    I think that EVERYBODY should be able to equip 2 perks, now before you say "durr dats oh pee durr" remember, EVERYBODY will be able to equip 2 perks including YOU!!! so stop treating the idea like buffing the old law, STAHP. EDIT: also make it so that only certant perks can be equipped as a secondary perk!!! (like martyrdom, hardline and stoppingpower, I think that stoppingpower should be a secondary perk because it's really only good with shotguns and non-prestige automatics)

    But then people who cant donate E.G kids who play this and have no paypal, will be even more pissed off at how unfair it is
