I spent a lot of time writing this and taking the correct measures to ensure a good chance at this position, please read the application and take into account how I have developed as a player before you vote.

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
Yes, I consider myself very active on the servers, forums and Teamspeak.

• Servers - During the school week I play for several hours depending on anything I have to do, whether it be homework or any extracurricular activities. During the weekend I expand my playtime by many hours, sometimes marathoning a whole day of McBrawl! I love playing the many game modes of McBrawl but I tend to stay around MC-WARZ, I try to help the best I can in chat; it can be hard mid fight, I do try my best.

• Forums - As of now I have 538 posts and I try to answer questions to the best of my ability while trying to keep it on topic. Exploring the forums and giving my thought on posts are one of my favorite things to do. I tend to always be on the forums whether it'd be me checking my alerts on my computer or if I check in my free hour at school. Trust me, i'm very active.

• Teamspeak - Look for PØÀ₡H! I'm always there, whether it be me in a Private channel with my team. You can also see me in public channels late at night when my team is offline. I try my best to answer people as quickly as possible in Teamspeak.

Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -
I believe I have over 40 rule breakers reported. Of these rule breakers almost all of them are hackers on MC-WARZ, I am always recording on WARZ; whether It be me trying to get clips for my next montage or finding pesky hackers!

How old are you? - I am currently 15 as a sophomore in high school, turning 16 on February 24th. I believe that I am mature for my age, but there is always room for improvement.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
I have been playing Minecraft for several years and have journeyed through many servers and their respective communities. I have mainly played and enjoyed faction and prison servers but I have played drug, minigame and creative servers; by playing these I have learned a lot more about Minecraft and it’s capabilities. But McBrawl is, by far the best server branch I have ever played. I have never spent so much time playing a specific server, grinding to be better and achieve moderator. I have had a chance to moderate and administrate many servers and I hope to be able to be given the chance here. I know a lot about the game itself, but there is much more to learn!

What is your experience with moderating servers? -

I believe I have quite a bit of experience moderating and administering servers.

• I have had various helper and moderator positions on small time faction servers, when I first came around to Minecraft.

• I owned a faction server called EpicCraft (What a name) when I was a noob, but that experience itself taught me a lot, I gained basic administrative rule and guidelines on how a server should be run.

• I proudly had the Guard rank on one of the first ever Prison servers (Imprisoned) and played on and off on there for several years.

• I also had and still currently have Guard rank on ThePrisonServer, I don't play it much anymore due to the admins inactivity.

• Finally, I owned one of the most popular Drug servers of it's time (RubyDrugs) with a good friend of mine. Here I learned a lot about moderating and administering a decent server with a steady community.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -

If I am provided with moderator on McBrawl I would for one, keep chat clean and make sure the number of threats towards players would go down, whether they be DDoS, DOX or SWAT as they are a big problem of this community. I would also extinguish the flame in chat in-game and on the forums. Another thing I would do is make sure Brawlers follow the basic rules of the servers, forums and Teamspeak. Most of all, I want to provide a hacker free WARZ community. I believe that hackers are one of the biggest problems of WARZ and I am always recording and posting ban reports. Hackers would be one of my top priorities and I would also make sure to catch the stealthy ride-alongers.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes, there comes a time in a Minecrafter's career that hacks will be installed. I wrongfully was pushed into hacking by friends a LONG time ago; on a completely different computer. I don't have a single trace of hacks now; I have not used a client for over 2 years. I never have and never will use a hacked client on McBrawl. I believe this can help me moving forward as I do know most of the hacks that can be used on McBrawl.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - Yes, I probably have been banned on numerous servers. Most of these being years ago, I have not been banned reasonably for a long time. All bans are minor offenses and nothing major.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I believe I am very active, as stated above I play for several hours on McBrawl daily and expand my hours on the weekends. Besides playing COD AW and FIFA here and there, WARZ is the current trend.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - Very, I'm almost always online. I spend a lot of time in private channels with friends, but I do branch out sometimes. This is one of my weaknesses but I try my best!

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I'm always checking my alerts and new posts. I love the forums and do my best to keep updated. Activity on the forums is not an issue, I have soared in posts in the past months. I have tons of positive ratings and do my best to give positive feedback.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I proclaim that my strongest asset is my determination, I strive to be the best in whatever I do. I plan to do that here!

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness is Procrastination, I do sometimes waste time just because I don't want to do homework or something of that nature. I don't believe that will be a problem here considering I love being here. I do also have a outburst here and there when I die in WARZ or Call of Duty. But I make sure that will never cloud my judgement.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - If a <player> made a minor transgression, I would first warn them in a PM whether it be on the server, forums or Teamspeak.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - If the same <player> did the same thing, I would give the appropriate punishment without warning because they had already been fairly warned. example: If they were spamming they would be muted.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - I would first report it and if necessary I would kick them for 60mins depending on the transgression. If this happened on the forums or Teamspeak I would report it to my superiors and let them deal with it. Although If I'm capable of resolving the issue on the forums by deleting or locking the thread I would.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I would keep my composure; this has happened before and I have reacted responsibly. I would keep it on topic and learn from my mistakes.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If a player broke a rule on the forums, I would first get proof of the incident and then report it to my superiors. After that I would try to resolve the issue with the player by starting a conversation with them on the Forums and give them a warning. If needed I would talk to them about it in Teamspeak.

Anything else we should know about you? - My name is Jake and I enjoy being around sports, whether it'd be playing them or watching them. I also am a old WARZ player with a clean ban record!

• If I do get Moderator my game activity will not decrease, this is my 5th time applying for moderator and I have vastly improved in my weaknesses.

• I have an alternate account named Kliqh (click) that I play on WARZ all the time, If you think I have been inactive, I promise you I haven't!

• I also stream WARZ and other games quite a bit on twitch.tv/poachs

• If you believe I am applying for Moderator now just because I'm in Team Holy you are wrong, I have been applying for a long time and joining them changes nothing. It's given me a better view on Moderating McBrawl as I do spend a lot of time with the moderators.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - First I would /msg the player to come back into the map because it's an essential rule that cannot be broken. If the player does not come back into the map I would kick him; I gave him fair warning. If I saw this player abusing the same glitch or bug in a later game I would kick him for 60 minutes and make sure to write a bug report and report it to my superiors.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Yes, I have a vast knowledge of essential Minecraft commands and plugins.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Yes, I have dealt with this issue myself several times. I will not disobey my superiors and I will do my job to the best of my ability.

Teamspeak: I have just recently started joining public rooms daily and talking to other moderators and players. I also think that me being in a private channel with my WARZ team is a weakness, but I believe I can be more than helpful due to me always being available for help to other players; my nickname on TS is Poach [MSG 4 HELP].

The first time I applied I was 14, I was being immature and trying to act older than I was. I'm currently 15 and turning 16 in a month. Now that I applied again, I made sure that it was clear that I was 15. That's why I also asked you to change my birthday on my profile.
