Runes and Masteries

I mean, runes and masteries are kind of a big thing in League so I think we should have them here. There really isn't much else to say but to describe it.
So there are three categories: Offense, Defense, and Utility. They should give you little buffs for offensive play, defensive (such as magic resistance and armor, etc) and movement speed/gold income, etc.
For the rune pages, I agree that it should be limited so you can't just have an infinite amount of rune pages. They should also give buffs such as armor, life steal, damage dealt, etc.

Side idea:
There should be team chat and public chat as well. You should be able to communicate with your teammates and talk to the enemies if you want.
Pinging would also be cool to use, although I don't believe there would be a way to make shortcuts to ping like there is in League.
