    There is some changes to the staff app that I would like to see.
    McBrawl Moderator Application:

    Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
    Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -

    How old are you? -
    What time zone are you in? -
    What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
    What is your experience with moderating servers? -
    What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -

    Have you ever used a hacked client before? -
    Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -

    How active do you consider yourself in-game? -
    How active do you consider yourself on TS3? (TS3 required) -
    How active do you consider yourself on the forums (Must have 300 posts.)? -
    What do you consider your greatest strength? -
    What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
    Remember, staff can not Ban people.
    How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
    How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
    How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -

    What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? -
    What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -

    The only thing I don't like is the 300 posts requirement. That shouldn't determine forum activity.

    I don't really think that should be on the application, just in the, "What We're Looking For - Moderator Applications" thread (https://www.brawl.com/threads/14752/). I see what you mean though.

    I agree with Jayden seeing as this seems to be a big issue finally being noticed. This question should be asked in the staff applications.

    I think the 300 forum posts is a great idea but the rest I don't think is necessary.

    Unless the staff application format was to be completely re-written, I don't really think there is anyway you can make the current format better than it is without adding unnecessary questions. Saying that, I don't really think the current format is perfect.
