    So, I'll pick up CSGO sometime soon (within 48 hours), and I was wondering - do you have any tips on how to play, strategies, etc.?
    I myself have a very basic knowledge of it (I played CS 1.6 some time ago), and so, do you have any tips or tricks I should know.

    I never played CS:Go but CS:S.

    • First of all you have to understand the economy of this game. Without this knowledge you can't play it :smile:. The next step is to purchase all your weapons and gear in less than 2-3 seconds.
    • Always purchase a Defusal kit and armor (kelvar vest + helmet)
    • In CS:S I only play with these weapons: Desert Eagle (One shot to the head; 1 shot is 100% accurate), M4A1 and Ak47 (Ak is one shot to the head; first few shots are really accurate), scout (if AWP is banned).
    • Learn the spray patterns (Video by TheWarOwl) and always aim for the head (except you are playing with the scout/AWP than go for body shots).
    • If you are bored I would recommend to watch some videos (Again WarOwl :3). I really enjoy to watch the pro matches, I learned a lot by watching them.
    • In CS:S I made some keybinds so I can select grenades a few milliseconds faster.
    • Learn how to duck jump
    • Mouse sensitivity

    In demolition mode or any mode use Terrorist mode!!! The AK is OP
    I got 1 shorted by an all with full health
