Idea Spawn Block Resetting

When you place a block that is within 512 blocks of spawn, you get that annoying message (which can be disabled) telling you that 'Blocks placed within 512 blocks from spawn are reset often' but are they! These blocks were reset very recently after the new Christmas spawn was added, however since then.... those blocks hadn't been reset in well over a month. This meant that new people to the server are having to walk around 1000 blocks to find wood, and also, this area gets completely destroyed, and A - Makes it look horrible, and B - Means that finding resources, takes ages cause mostly everything is gone.

I propose that instead of an admin needing to come on and reset these blocks, that there is a plugin that resets them every week, to keep the area around spawn looking fresh. I have heard probably over 100 complaints about how the area around spawn is destroyed recently, and this would be a simple way to make sure that everyone is happy, people can enjoy the server more!
