Multiplayer Servers Mod Application:

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Yes, I believe I am. I try to be most helpful on the forums though. The reason being that the forums are my main way to contact players. They are also a place where I can express my feelings as a member of the community.

Are you at least 14 years of age?(You must be 14+) - Yes

Which server are you applying for? - I am applying for the MC-War server.
How old are you? - I am 14 years old.
What time zone are you in? - Eastern Time, U.S. and Canada

Experience with Minecraft and Moderating (If you are going to list servers, provide proof): I have only been a staff member on two servers I believe. The first and foremost being a small community with no actual name. I played on the server for 3 months before achieving Moderator status. Shortly after, I had achieved Admin on the server. I stayed on the server for 6 months until it closed and went private. Now that may sound generic and I truly apologize but it is out of my power to show proof. The second being a friends server which had closed fast due to his decision. During my time as an Admin, I think I learned a lot of what it takes to successfully moderate the server while at the same time, have a strong connection with the players. Since I currently do not moderate any server, I can devote my time to the MC-War community. With my previous knowledge from past moderation's, I think I can handle a wide range of problems and different situations while having rich knowledge of being a staff member.

What do you feel that you will provide to the server? I feel I can provide a safe and fun opportunity for players as the server continues to grow. This includes making it my top priority to help a player who needs it and moderate and dish out punishments to those who make the server less enjoyable to others. I make it my complete responsibility to go on all 20 of the MC-War servers and do what a moderator is expected to do so. Doing all this and at the same time, have fun as a player of the Multiplayer Servers community. Acting fun towards players and if there is a problem, deal with it while giving out a fair punishment. Players usually don't express anger against me and sometime greet me when I'm on. Now of course, there are those players who can some nasty stuff when you kill them but that doesn't bother me. I don't try to reason with them either as that would be futile. Instead, I choose to ignore.


Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player is properly dealt with? If I notice the player is in a position where he or she can rejoin the map, I would ask them kindly to return back to the map. I may ask this more than once and use /msg as a final warning. If the player does not agree, I will have to kick them. If the player is completely out of the map, I will have to kick them right away and screenshot the bug to report it on the Multiplayer Servers Forums. If the player rejoins and continuously causes problems, I will have to no option but to ban. I can try to contact the player to hear there reason of why they were banned.


Other: On the server, I frequently try to give positive feedback. I compliment the player if they achieve something that they wanted and help those who ask questions in the chat. I have been playing Minecraft since Mid-Beta and have learned a lot more since then. Please leave a comment and advice in the chat and if you have any criticism constructive or not, feel free to list it. I understand that if I don't get this position, I shall not spam more posts.


Do you realize if you are not respectful and helpful towards the players you will be demoted? - I am fully aware that if I don't show respect and commitment to the community, I will be demoted.

Do you know all the rules, plugins, and expectations? - I do know all the rules, expectations and most plugins.
