    In my perspective, The forums should have a place for:
    - Seeing every player ban from every MutiplayerServers server and evidence or reason
    - The statistics of every player in mc-war ( KDR, Nukes, EMPs, who wouldn't want that? )
    - There should definitely be a rule on every Mod Application which says " For every forum member that has joined less than a month ago, do not bother creating a Mod Application because you will most likely get denied by members who read your post " .

    I made a very long outline on rules etc for forums. I will let tac find it as I'm doing HW.
