    Before I start, I'd like to clarify that this idea is made to be a contest.

    Alright, so as we all know; fpsHG is hunger games with the twist of having guns in it. Now, it only makes sense to me that things in regular hunger games should be added to fpsHG. In this case, the quarter quell.

    How it works:
    • Stats would be temporarily reset so that everyone has a fair chance to get qualified (similar to the minecraft party contest).
    • The players that want to participate have 2 weeks (more or less) to get as many kills as possible in-game. The players (24) with the most kills at the end of the 2 weeks get to participate in the event.
    • The chosen players will be added to a giant conversation on the forums so the host can explain what time the event is at, rules, etc.
    Rules in-game:
    • You can team. (There might be mixed feelings here, the admins would have to decide if there's teaming or not).
    • You can use any kit besides the staff kits. Ghillie, for example.
    • The participants vote for what map they want to play on. (through the private conversation)
    Prizes:
    • 1st place - $50 in the McBrawl shop.
    • 2nd place - $30 in the McBrawl shop.
    • 3rd place - $20 in the McBrawl shop.
    (prize amount may be changed to something more reasonable).

    Bonus:
    • This event could be live streamed.
    I'd like to hear feedback from you guys, what are your thoughts on this idea? What could be tweaked in order to make this idea better?

    Could you explain exactly what event the chosen players would participate in?

    It would be like any other ordinary game of fpsHG. The only differences are that the qualified players get to vote for what map they want to play and they're limited to certain kits. There's also prizes.

    Love the idea! One thing, you said, "Stats would be temporarily reset" are you meaning they would be reset, but then after the contest they come back to usual?

    The host would have to make the event at a convenient time.
    It could also be hosted during the weekend to ensure that no one's excluded.
    Didn't know that. How else would we communicate with everyone at once? Maybe TeamSpeak or Skype.

    Maybe for fun we can do it so all players who aren't in the event can use credits from the 2 weeks so that they can give the players items ( like food or such ) and at the same time we should make a custom map with traps for this.

    That's what I meant, we can use credits as cash to sponsor. Spectating I wouldn't to the public because then they can help out there friends.

    I love this idea. One problem though, that there is some maps where if you are lucky, you'll land into a area that is full of chests. I still really like this idea though :3

    Hmm.. Maybe the chests could be spread out in that certain map for this particular event.
