Denied i need to be rank WE1 because i own a head shop and i need to be able to make heads

    Why do you need the rank? -so i can make heads for my hed shop

    I suggest reading this thread. You need AdvBuilder to obtain heads, not WE1. Also be sure to include pictures of you builds. See this thread if you're having trouble with that.

    And seriosly no offence but u do know u can get heads with advbuilder? And u need advbuilder before WE1.

    You dont need WE1 and adv,YOU dont say what the Rank provides, the application is bad for adv and WE1, WE1 is not a relaxed Rank make a head shop is not a good reason for get WE1 its better get help not the Rank.
