Bug Magical Kills

This has been a glitch for quite a while now. I guess it could be used to boost, but I doubt it would work very well...

 

I emped off of people falling of the map before . The hack calling was real xD

 

This problem is real, and it has been around for quite some while.

 

The system detects who hit you last. Once you die they don't know the exact cause. But a listener is set up for once he dies and the person who hits you last it the person who essentially killed you. I think this should left be left as it is because it would be more complicated coding the real-deal, also the player who last hit the person should have at least some of the credit for doing damage to the player leading to his/her death in most cases.

 

The guy who dealt the last damage, will get the kill.
This continues after the guy dies, so if they fall from the map the guy who dealt the last damage will get a kill again. If he was hit by someone else after he died, that guy will get the kill.

 

It is because, the player that killed you when you fell off, was the last person to do damage to you. Therefore the server thinks that player killed you.

This is very common on Carrier_Inf, as you hit many players on the rails. Once you die, other zombies you hit may fall off trying to get other survivors, therefor they die off the void and it counts as your kill.

 

Oh yeah on cargo as a zombie my fellow zombies to meh

 

lol once on cargo i was camping with minifun on infect and people kept falling off as i hit them and it would give me kills, after i got infected, people thought i was still there and kept jumping off and killing themselves to try and "infect" me and i kept getting kills from them
