Random Enemy Deaths - Including the tales of Bob and the 27ft Pixie

So, I don't know if it is just me, but quite often when I am one of the last 2 people alive, my enemy just randomly dies. It's quite odd, considering how often this happens to me. A fair portion of my wins are from this. I am sitting on my little island, all peaceful smoking some apples which I found in a chest, waiting for the last player to come and try to kill me and all of a sudden my screen changes and I am brought back to the lobby, with the message that I had won.

Possible explanations:

• The player lost connection
• The player fell off the edge
• The player died from a natural cause (Lava, TNT, etc)
  
• The player saw my mustache and was blinded by it, so much that he fell off of the map, never to be seen again.
• The player tried to play skywars, blindfolded.
• The player ate too much bread and fainted while standing next to some lava.

Or! The most probable cause of all! The one that makes the most sense! Well, here it is:
The player spawned in with an iron sword, as he had chosen the soldier kit. The player searched through his chest, gathering various items he thought he would need. Suddenly, a giant ham sandwich comes flying at him from another island. The player... UGH! I've gotten fed up with this name. Let's just call him Bob.
Anyway, Bob ducked to avoid this delicious giant flying pig, sandwiched between two pieces of meat. All of a sudden, Mario appeared through a portal and hit the swine sandwich right back at the sender. The sender got whacked with the sandwich and fell off of the edge. By this time, 2 other players had left the game leaving 5 players on the map. Knowing he had not much time, Bob prepared his cool new spell he bought on Amazon for about $5. He lifted his hands high and chanted "To make this game a lot more fun, please give me a Minigun!" Poof! A Minigun appeared in front of Bob. Bob loaded up the Minigun, with 663 bullets. Luckily, he had a hoard of about 2000 bullets, leaving him with 1337 bullets in case he needed to reload.

Bob popped his head out of the cave, he had been hiding in, to see a 27 foot pixie standing on the middle island. The pixie offered all players a slice of cake. All except Bob. Angered by this, Bob opened up his secret chest, which contained bucket loads of Pie filling, and started to smoke it. The pixie noticed this, and flew off into the air for absolutely no reason at all. Yea.... um.... okay...
So! Bob went from island to island, mowing down his helpless victims with his Minigun. That was until, Tuggers was the only player left. Exhausted, bob took the time to reload his Minigun, This time fitting it out with 917 bullets, leaving him with exactly 420 bullets left. Bob decided to travel to the middle island, to see what wonders it held. When he arrived, he was greeted by several beautiful young Swedish slugs. Bob decided to rub the slugs all over his face. Bob suddenly gained digging powers, and started to tunnel like a Mole, making several mole hills pop up everywhere. Bob emerged from his tunnel, and decided he loved the slugs so much that he wanted to rub them all over his face again.

However, unknown to Bob, the 27 foot pixie was still in the air. The pixie came crashing down on Bob, squashing him. Leaving Tuggers the victor. Tuggers, Mario, and the Pixie became best friends after that, and decided to spend the rest of their lives together, to live together in harmony, and to make giant bacon baguettes for as long as they lived.

Well, that seemed the most logical explanation from what I have seen. I was in the mood for mad story writing so...yea...
