    I propose a new staff application format.
    One that is radically changed.
    Kind of.
    It focuses more on open-ended questions and delving deep into your personality.

    Are you active on the forums, in-game, and on TS3? -
    Which server are you applying for? -

    How old are you? -
    What time zone are you in? -

    What experience do you have with Minecraft's mechanics? -
    What experience do you have moderating servers? -

    How long have you been with MPS? -
    How active do you consider yourself in-game? (Scale of 1-10) -
    How active do you consider yourself on TS3? (Scale of 1-10) -
    How active do you consider yourself on the forums? (Scale of 1-10) -
    What do you consider your greatest strength? -
    What do you consider your greatest weakness? -

    What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -

    How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
    How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
    How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -

    What is your reaction if someone publically proves you wrong on the forums? -
    What do you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -
    When would you lock a thread? -

    This really needs to be implemented on the forums. The forums desperately need this. Way to go Tac! Now, if only we could make it so that people don't have permission to post in the mod app section until they meet some requirements; such as number of posts, topics, how long they have been on the forums. (to prevent 1st post mod apps)
