An ability for staff members to do /spectate.

    My idea is kind of simple. All Moderator+ ranked players should be capable of spectating on any server at any given time.
    I think this would allow for us to catch rule breakers easier and it could be a big help. This would also solve problems with many hackers.

    /spectate
    /spectate [undo]

    /vanish is already a command that does that, maybe moderators could have those perms now.
