The events need to have one server just for it

    Today in the SNF vs DUSK clan war, all was going right until people not involved refused to leave. This argument between clan members, staff against the non contestant was too long. These events will simply not work on public servers. Here is my suggestion, one mc war server will be roped off and only allow certain players during the event times. this would make it so much easier. Once the event is over, the server is opened back up to he public. This will be good for clan wars, staff video projects, etc.. I know servers cost money but white listing one server for a few hours shouldn't involve a cost of money, right?

    This wouldn't be like a new server, maybe just war 11 only allowed to have a certain amount of players for a certain amount of time.

    +1 would make tournaments more frequent and more easy.

    Or just configure a server to go up with the ip given to the clan leaders, who will then give the link to their teammates.
