    I tried uploading this video

    and it came out pretty horribly. How can i make it look smooth and have decent quality?

    You have a higher framerate than the toaster I can record on gets.
    Be happy.

    I don't see anything wrong.

    Get Optifine and try to record with Bandicam.

    Render the video out on something that isn't 360p; 480p+ gives you good quality.

    Record with Bandicam, so you can have HD graphics.
