    In game there are boots that have no enchantments and they have speed, this guy who makes them won't answer me how to make them. If you know how to make them please reply.

    He means boots that give you speed,
    but you can the speed command too.
    At least, that's what I should do..
    Personally I don't know how to make these boots, but I guess that normal players can't make them. Maybe only creative managers.

    I know what you are talking about. They are the gold ones, but I don't personally know how to make them. I can give you a pair though! :smile:

    They are made using a mod called All-U-Want Inventory. You go into the menu, select whatever item you wish to add, and put the attributes on them.

    There is no way to spawn in the boots you are talking about. Like iErebos said, you need an inventory editor mod, most likely the All-U-Want editor to apply the speed attribute on your boots.
