WARNING: i'M NOT AN NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER, SO SORRY FOR MY GRAMMAR AND MISTAKES. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING, PM ME.

So you want to make a building team but you don't know how?

First of all, if you want to have a good building team, you need this requirements:

    • Members: Have at least 5 and one or 2 should help you manage the team (make them mods)
    • Activity: this is very important for the team, not having sufficient activity is Death, you should know when & where are you going to build, don't be like isolated from the others and enter randomly in the server and say "hey.. Um.. Wanna build something?" You have to be serious about this.
    • Maturity: Not having enough maturity will not help you manage the team, you have to be mature if you want to rule the team.
    NAME:
Name whatever you ant but don't name it Super Legit cool builder or Best builders in the world because people are going to think you are good but nope... So don't do it.

    STAFF:
When you don't want to have to be managing the whole team again again and again everyday, promote your members to Moderator, CHOOSE WISELY
You don't want to have a mod that doesnt behave and that is not active enough.
Don't have crazy Staff ranks like Head mod, Super Mod, Head admin, etc. With Owner, Admin and mods should be fine.

    BUILDING:
You have to know what, when, where and how do you want to build, don't make silly projects that aren't useful (it's okay though, i'm not saying you should make only maps for the server) Suggest projects to other members to see waht they think!
I recommend doing maps for McBrawl because you can earn lots of things!

    APPLICATION:
This is where you choose the builders, don't make the application way too hard or harsh (specially when you start the building team)
Don't make you're friends apply i recommend that you accept strangersif they filled an application.

For an app, it needs to have important Questions like:
IGN: not really necessary but oh well
    Age: i recommend 12+
Time Zone: (if they do not know what TZ is or they don't know which TZ are they in, just ask the area or country where they live)
Builds: (Never accept strangers with bad builds)
Maturity: you won't accept somebody that isn't mature, but if you don't know them, don't judge their maturity.
Active on Game/Forums/TS3: for in-game its not necessary but thy nee to be often on te Creative server. Forums i suggest 100+ messages
TS3/Skype: this is a way to communicate with other members.
    Etc..

    FORUMS:
Make a detailed thread expalining tons of stuff about the team (History, Projects, Members, etc.)

Make a Team conversation for you to keep in contact with the other members in case someone does not have TS3 or Skype, and make a staff team conversation to talk about secret and future projects of the team.

    ADDITIONAL:
Have a Website advertising your team

Make Videos about the team projects

    Make Weekly news

There's basically A LOT of optional things you can fo.

    Tips:

    • Never copy other teams Application format, info or resources
    • Never be harsh when somebody applies for the first team
    • Don't be advertising everywhere
I hope this Guide was helpful, rating would be mich appriciated and cya!

Great guide. I might add that you should check for build plagiarism when accepting members.

You might want to get a native English speaker to proofread your paragraph(s).
    No offense.

    Excuse me?
    1. if people think is fine then it is.
    2. if you don't like how is written then could you able to leave?
    3. Don't say "No offense" because it's not my fault that in Argentina we speak Spanish as a Primary Language
    4. I posted a WARNING on the top of the thread.

I never said it was your fault. I simply suggested you have somebody proofread it so the content could be as high-quality as possible. If you want to just take the idea and throw it out the window, it's fine, but it was completely unnecessary to attack me like that.

That was actually an extremely blunt comment.
It sounded more passive-aggressive than you intended...

And it it twists your titties, then bedrock can ask me to proofread his posts, but his english is understandable by everyone here, and noone else has complained...

Now stop posting about english and get back on topic guys, or I'll set chickenputty on you guys
