Accepted Can i be AdvBuilder?

McBrawl Creative Ranks Application:

What is your current rank? - Currently, i roam the lands hailing people from different regions using the rank Builder.
What rank are you applying for? - I would like to apply for AdvBuilder.
Do you understand what this rank provides? - I have been told by a friend some of the basic things such as: use of commands, more plot space, more freedom to build the imaginative things in my mind.
Are you part of any Building Teams in our community? - I am sad to say that i am NOT a part of any Bulding Teams in the community. Unless, you count me helping out people here and there who are in need of my help.

What is your experience with building in Minecraft? - Had Minecraft for about a year now. Have had many creative worlds building random things such as: Giant houses, underground secret bases, Giant 3D minecraft characters, game world, carnival, etc. I have done research and also know how to use commands and redstone.
Why do you need the rank? - To use some commands, own more plot space, and help others with their builds.

Do you realize if you abuse any commands or privileges rank will be taken away? - Yes. I am fully aware that any abuse of commands or privileges will result in my current rank being taken away.
